About the role
Klaro is seeking a GTM Associate to identify, reach and convert customers. You'll be working directly with our founder, learning the ins and outs of building a category-defining product while getting your hands dirty with every aspect of customer acquisition.
You'll work directly with our founding team to:
- Execute GTM experiments - relentless experimentation and learning what works and what doesn't in finding the right people, from testing new channels and messaging to creating content and running campaigns
- Own lead qualification and nurturing - managing inbound prospects through discovery calls, product demonstrations, and guiding them through our sales process.
- Accelerate product-market fit - feeding market and customer intelligence back to the team, conducting user interviews, and helping shape our product direction based on real customer needs
- Drive customer onboarding - ensuring new customers successfully adopt Klaro, creating onboarding materials, and identifying friction points in the user journey
About the tech stack
We currently have a small stack.
CRM: Clarify
CDP: Userflux
We're using tools like apollo, heyreach, freckle, kondo but we're not wedded to anything.
Part of joining the team will be to build this out as we learn what works and what suits the business.
