About the role

Klaro is seeking a GTM Lead to own and lead our go-to-market efforts. As our first GTM hire, you'll be the architect of how we reach, engage, and convert the customers who need our solution most. You'll work directly with our founding team to:

  • Own the GTM function - from market positioning and messaging to sales processes and customer success workflows
  • Drive growth - managing the full funnel from lead generation through deal closure, with direct accountability for pipeline and conversion metrics
  • Shape product direction - serving as a crucial voice of the market, feeding customer insights back to our team to influence roadmap decisions
  • Establish market presence - positioning Klaro in the competitive landscape through thought leadership, partnerships, and strategic market development

This role skews hands-on, with the idea that you'll be setting the strategy and grow the team upon success.

About the tech stack

We currently have a small stack.

CRM: Clarify
CDP: Userflux

We're using tools like apollo, heyreach, freckle, kondo but we're not wedded to anything.

Part of joining the team will be to build this out as we learn what works and what suits the business.

About you
  • You are naturally curious, always seeking to learn about customers, their workflows, and how they interact with tools in our space
  • You possess grit and determination, allowing you to weather the inevitable setbacks of early-stage GTM and persist toward growth goals
  • You are driven by excellence, striving for greatness in every campaign, demo, and customer interaction you craft
  • You embody humbleness, always ready to learn from customers, teammates, and market feedback, unafraid to pivot when your assumptions are wrong
  • You possess an entrepreneurial spirit, with the mindset of a founder and readiness to build our GTM playbook from the ground up
  • You are impact-driven, motivated to directly influence company growth and continuously push the limits of what's possible in data visualization marketing
  • You have 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM, sales to technical buyers, or consulting, with a track record of exceeding goals and driving results
